Sovyetler Birli\u011fi&#8217;nin da\u011f\u0131lmas\u0131ndan sonra zor g\u00fcnler ya\u015f\u0131yor. Y\u0131lda 13 bin otob\u00fcs\u00fcn \u00fcretildi\u011fi \u0130karus fabrikalar\u0131nda kapasite yar\u0131\u0131ya d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. Hisselerin y\u00fczde 65&#8217;i devletin elinde olan Ikarus&#8217;un ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 krizin atlat\u0131labilmesi i\u00e7in Macaristan h\u00fck\u00fcmeti bug\u00fcne dek \u015firkete herhangi bir maddi destekte bulunmad\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0130stanbul, Ankara, \u0130zmir ve Bursa&#8217;n\u0131n kent\u00e7i otob\u00fcs ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bir yere sahip olan \u0130karus otob\u00fcslerinin yeni pazarlara a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131, krizin atlat\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in tek \u00e7\u0131kar yol olarak nitelendiriliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Otob\u00fcslerin \u00fcretildi\u011fi Szekesfehervar&#8217;daki fabrikan\u0131n y\u00f6neticilerinin &#8220;b\u00fcy\u00fck ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131&#8221; olarak nitelendirdikleri kriz nedeniyle i\u015f\u00e7i say\u0131s\u0131 da yar\u0131 yan\u0131ya azalt\u0131ld\u0131. \u0130ki y\u0131l \u00f6ncesine kadar 10 bin ki\u015finin \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 Budape\u015fte ve Szekesfehervardaki fabrikalarda bug\u00fcn 4 bin ki\u015fi \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Comecon un da\u011f\u0131lmas\u0131yla \u00fcretim kapasitesi d\u00fc\u015fen \u0130karus, iki y\u0131ld\u0131r kendine yeni pazar anyor. G\u00fcney Amerika \u00fclkeleri. ABD, Kanada, Misir, Irak ve \u00e7e\u015fitli Avrupa \u00fclkelerine y\u00f6nelen \u0130karus i\u00e7in T\u00fcrkiye de \u00f6nemli bir al\u0131c\u0131 durumunda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ikarus Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Laszlo Kalotai, krizin atlat\u0131labilmesi amac\u0131yla daha \u00f6nce d\u0131\u015fardan al\u0131nan \u015fasi \u00fcretimine ge\u00e7tiklerini, bunun da istihdam\u0131n korunmas\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bir ad\u0131m oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi. Comecon&#8217;un \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyle yeni pazar aray\u0131\u015f\u0131na girdiklerini belirten Kalotai serbest ekonomiye ge\u00e7i\u015fin \u00fcretimin d\u00fc\u015fmesiyle ya\u015fanan krizin a\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131nda etkili olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulad\u0131. T\u00fcrkiye ile ili\u015fkile rinin son derece iyi oldu\u011funu bug\u00fcne kadar 2300 otob\u00fcs\u00fcn T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;ye ihra\u00e7 edildi\u011fini, ve T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de hizmet veren ilk kent i\u00e7i ula\u015f\u0131m otob\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn Ikarus oldu\u011funu ifade eden Laszlo Kalotai \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;\u00dcretimin d\u00fc\u015fmesindeki en \u00f6nemli fakt\u00f6r Sovyetler Birli\u011fi&#8217;nin da\u011f\u0131lmas\u0131d\u0131r. Y\u0131lda 7 bin otob\u00fcs Sovyet pazan\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00fcretiliyordu. Serbest ekonomiye ge\u00e7i\u015ften sonra de\u011fi\u015fik pazarlara y\u00f6neldik. \u015eu anda ABD k\u0131tas\u0131ndan Uzakdo\u011fu&#8217;ya. Avrupa \u00fclkelerinden Angola&#8217;ya kadar geni\u015f bir pazara otob\u00fcs ihra\u00e7 ediyoruz. Eskiden \u015fasiyi yerli \u00fcreticiden al\u0131p otob\u00fcs\u00fcn sadece g\u00f6vdesini imal ediyorduk. \u015eimdi i\u015f\u00e7imize de i\u015f alan\u0131 yaratmak, yani istihdam\u0131 korumak amac\u0131yla bu i\u015fi de fabrikada yap\u0131yoruz. T\u00fcrkiye ile ili\u015fkilerimiz son derece geli\u015fmi\u015f bir d\u00fczeyde. T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;ye ilk yabanc\u0131 otob\u00fcs\u00fc biz satt\u0131k. 1976\u2019dan beri otob\u00fcs veriyoruz. \u0130lk otob\u00fcs satt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z y\u0131llarda \u0130stanbul Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Aytekin Kotil, k\u00f6r\u00fckl\u00fc otob\u00fcslerin \u0130stanbul&#8217;da kullan\u0131labilece\u011fine inanmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. \u00dc\u00e7 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde \u0130stanbul&#8217;a bir k\u00f6r\u00fckl\u00fc otob\u00fcs g\u00f6nderip deneme seferlerine ba\u015flad\u0131k. Kapal\u0131\u00e7ar\u015f\u0131&#8217;dan binip Karak\u00f6y&#8217;e kadar gittik. O tarihten beri T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;ye toplam 2300 otob\u00fcs ihra\u00e7 ettik.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hisselerin y\u00fczde 65&#8217;i devletin. Otob\u00fcslerin 2300&#8217;\u00fc T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;ye ihra\u00e7 edildi. Bu y\u0131l \u0130stanbul B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi 676. Ankara B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi 317. Bursa Belediyesi 115, \u0130zmir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi 65 \u0130karus otob\u00fcs\u00fc ithal etti. \u0130stanbul&#8217;un sat\u0131n ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 otob\u00fcslerden son 130 tanesi de \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki g\u00fcnlerde Szekesfehervar&#8217;daki fabrikadan \u0130stanbul&#8217;a hareket edecek. \u015eehir i\u00e7i, \u015fehirleraras\u0131 ve midib\u00fcs olarak \u00fcretilen Ikaruslar&#8217;da \u0130suzu. Renault. Man motorlar\u0131 kullan\u0131l\u0131yor. \u0130karuslan\u0131n Budape\u015fte ve Szekesfehervar&#8217;da iki b\u00fcy\u00fck fabrikas\u0131 bulunuyor. Budapeste&#8217;deki fabrikada \u015fehirleraras\u0131 otob\u00fcs ve midib\u00fcsler, Szekesfehervar&#8217;da kenti\u00e7i belediye otob\u00fcsleri \u00fcretiliyor.
