S\u00fcrekli de\u011fi\u015fen trafik d\u00fczenine uyum sa\u011flamakta g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fck \u00e7eken \u0130stanbullular, son y\u0131llar\u0131n en s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 yolculuklar\u0131n\u0131 yap\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0130stanbul&#8217;un trafik konusunda en sorunlu b\u00f6lgesi tarihi yanmada. Aksaray Sirkeci tramvay \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131ndan sonra ta\u015f\u0131t ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck darbe yedi\u011fi b\u00f6lgede. Galata K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc&#8217;n\u00fcn yanmas\u0131, trafi\u011fin fel\u00e7 olmas\u0131na neden oluyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0130stanbullular sonbahar aylar\u0131nda beklemedi\u011fi bir s\u00fcprizle daha kar\u015f\u0131la\u015facak. Taksim4. Levent aras\u0131nda yap\u0131m\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclen \u0130stanbul Metrosu&#8217;nun kaz\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 sonbahar aylar\u0131nda \u0130stanbul trafi\u011fine belki de en b\u00fcy\u00fck darbeyi indirecek. Metronun t\u00fcnel kaz\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda Taksim ile 4. Levent aras\u0131ndaki yol, a\u015fama a\u015fama trafi\u011fe kapat\u0131lacak. \u0130stanbul B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi, \u00e7al\u0131\u015f malar s\u0131ras\u0131nda s\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 azaltmak i\u00e7in bir trafik d\u00fczenlemesi yapacak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tarihi yar\u0131madan\u0131n ara\u00e7 trafi\u011fi Topkap\u0131Aksaray Caddesi ile Edirnekap\u0131Sara\u00e7hane aras\u0131ndaki Fevzipa\u015fa Caddesi&#8217;ne tercihli yollar\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131 b\u00f6lgede otob\u00fcs ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda rahatlama sa\u011flarken, \u00f6zel ara\u00e7 sahiplerinin s\u0131 k\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 d\u00f6nemi ba\u015flad\u0131. Belediye \u015fimdi de bu tercihli yollar\u0131 rayl\u0131 sisteme d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmek i\u00e7in proje \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 na ba\u015flad\u0131. Y\u0131l sonuna do\u011fru AksarayTopkap\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki tercihli otob\u00fcs yolu da trafi\u011fe kapat\u0131lacak ve tramvay i\u00e7in ray d\u00f6\u015fenecek. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar s\u0131ras\u0131nda da IETT ve \u00f6zel halk otob\u00fcsleri, tercihli yolu kullanamayacak. Bu durumda Millet zor anlar ya\u015fanacak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kentte yeterli oranda yol ve ula \u015f\u0131m a\u011f\u0131n\u0131n bulunmamas\u0131 da trafik s\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir nedeni olarak kabul ediliyor. Uzmanlar, 8 milyonluk kentte 3 bin kilometre uzunlu\u011fundaki yollar\u0131n d\u00fcnya stan dartlar\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131nda oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0130stanbul&#8217;da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 devam eden projeler ve bu projelerin trafi\u011fe etkileri \u015f\u00f6yle:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>YEN\u0130 GALATA K\u00d6PR\u00dcS\u00dc: <\/strong>Eski Galata K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc&#8217;n\u00fcn 16 may\u0131sta haz\u0131r hale gelmesinden sonra b\u00f6lge, tarihinin en s\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131k ara\u00e7 trafi\u011fine sahne olu yor. Yeni k\u00f6pr\u00fcden sadece yaya tra fi\u011fine izin veriliyor. K\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn kapaklar\u0131n\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00fcnlerde ise Hali\u00e7&#8217;in her iki yakas\u0131nda ula\u015f\u0131m motorlarla sa\u011flan\u0131yor. Sirkeci&#8217;den Karak\u00f6y&#8217;e gitmek isteyen bir s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc, Unkapan\u0131 K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc&#8217;n\u00fc kullanmak zorunda. Yeni d\u00fczenlemelere g\u00f6re Be\u015fikta\u015f y\u00f6n\u00fcne giden otob\u00fcs duraklar\u0131 da Karak\u00f6y yakas\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131. Yeni k\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn yol alt\u0131 ba\u011flant\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131labilmesi i\u00e7in Unkapan\u0131 ile Sirkeci aras\u0131ndaki yolun zaman zaman trafi\u011fe kapanma s\u0131, ara\u00e7lar\u0131n bu b\u00f6lgeye hi\u00e7 u\u011framamas\u0131na neden oluyor. Emin\u00f6n\u00fc\u2019nden Karak\u00f6y&#8217;e gitmek isteyen bir ara\u00e7, bu durumda sahil yolunu kullanarak Aksaray&#8217;a gelecek ve Unkapan\u0131\u2019n\u0131 takip ederek Karak\u00f6y&#8217;e ula\u015facak. 1 ay \u00f6ncesine kadar 5 dakika s\u00fcren Emin\u00f6n\u00fc Karak\u00f6y yolculu\u011fu i\u00e7in \u015fimdi en az yar\u0131m saat gerekiyor. Bu durumda Unkapan\u0131 K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc kapasitesinin \u00fcst\u00fcnde ara\u00e7 trafi\u011fi \u00f6nemli s\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131klar ya\u015fan\u0131yor. Unkapan\u0131 K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc&#8217;ndeki trafi\u011fi g\u00f6ze alamayan s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcler ise Hali\u00e7 K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc&#8217;n\u00fc kullanarak yollar\u0131na devam ediyorlar. Yetkililer, yeni k\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn 15 hazirana kadar tamamlanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor. Yeni k\u00f6pr\u00fc tamamlansa bile Emin\u00f6n\u00fc Meydan\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n d\u00fczenlemesi tamamlanamayaca\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6zellikle ta\u015f\u0131t altge\u00e7itleri kullan\u0131lamayacak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>AKSARAY S\u0130RKEC\u0130 TRAMVAYI:<\/strong> tramvay i\u00e7in 1991 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara ba\u015fland\u0131. \u0130lk olarak Sirkeci&#8217;de ba\u015flayan ray d\u00f6\u015feme i\u015flemi s\u0131ras\u0131n da a\u015famal\u0131 olarak Sirkeci Aksaray yolu trafi\u011fe kapat\u0131ld\u0131. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n haziran ay\u0131nda tamamlanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen yetkililer, ara\u00e7lar\u0131n Unkapan\u0131 veya sahil yolunu kullanarak Emin\u00f6n\u00fc&#8217;ne ula\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 istiyor. Tramvay\u0131n hizmete girmesinden sonra Aksaray Beyaz\u0131t aras\u0131na \u0130ETT otob\u00fcs\u00fc giremeyecek. Bu b\u00f6lgede sadece \u00f6zel ara\u00e7lar iki \u015feritli yolu kullanabilecek. \u0130ETT otob\u00fcsleri i\u00e7in Aksaray&#8217;da bir merkez tamamen ara\u00e7 trafi\u011fine kapanacak. Sultanahmet&#8217;teki turist otob\u00fcs\u00fc yo\u011funlu\u011funu azaltmak isteyen B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi yetkilileri, Sultanahmet&#8217;e gelen turist otob\u00fcsleri i\u00e7in Yenikap\u0131&#8217;da bir otopark yeri planl\u0131yor. Bu durumda, turizm mevsiminin ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015fu g\u00fcnlerde b\u00f6lgede turistleri de zor g\u00fcnler bekleyecek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>METRO: <\/strong>Taksim4. Levent aras\u0131nda yap\u0131m\u0131 planlanan \u0130stanbul yapacak. Hen\u00fcz ihale a\u015famas\u0131ndaki Metrosu da \u0130stanbullulara bir s\u00fcpriz metronun t\u00fcnel kaz\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n sonbahar aylar\u0131nda ba\u015flamas\u0131 bekleniyor. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar iki a\u015famada ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek. Taksim\u015ei\u015fli aras\u0131ndaki b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde kaz\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ba\u015flarken \u015ei\u015fli4. Levent aras\u0131ndaki ikinci k\u0131s\u0131mda da di\u011fer t\u00fcnelin kaz\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ba\u015flayacak.
