Belediye ile Karayollar\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki \u00e7eki\u015fme, kredi sorunu, hava ko\u015fullar\u0131 gibi nedenlerle 6 y\u0131ld\u0131r bitirilemeyen k\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 Ba\u015fbakan S\u00fcleyman Demirel yapacak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1991 y\u0131l\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131 \u00fc\u00e7 kez ertelenen k\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn 15 Haziran olarak belirlenen a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f tarihi Ba\u015fbakan S\u00fcleyman Demirel&#8217;in program\u0131 nedeniyle 17 hazirana ertelendi. Bayram s\u00fcresince de \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n aral\u0131ks\u0131z s\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc k\u00f6pr\u00fcde asfalt \u015feritlerinin \u00e7izimi ve boya i\u015flemleri de tamamlanarak a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015fa haz\u0131r hale getirildi. \u00d6nceki g\u00fcn k\u00f6pr\u00fcye gelerek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yerinde denetleyen Karayollar\u0131 17. B\u00f6lge M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Yaman K\u00f6k, k\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn trafi\u011fe haz\u0131r oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi. Yeni k\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn teknik \u00f6zellikleri a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan son derece ileri oldu\u011funu ve d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en geni\u015f ikinci k\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc oldu\u011funu ifade eden Yamar K\u00f6k, &#8220;\u0130stanbul trafi\u011finin en yo\u011fun oldu\u011fu bu b\u00f6lgede yeni k\u00f6pr\u00fc \u00f6nemli bir rol oynayacak. Teknik \u00f6zellikleri de son derece geli\u015fmi\u015f bir k\u00f6pr\u00fc. Bir defada 1800 ton kald\u0131ran bask\u00fcllere sahip. Bu \u00f6zelli\u011fi ile d\u00fcnyada birinci s\u0131rada yer al\u0131yor. 80 metrelik geni\u015fli\u011fi ile de d\u00fcnyan\u0131n ikinci geni\u015f k\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc unvan\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yor&#8221; dedi. Eski Galata K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc&#8217;n\u00fcn 16 May\u0131s sabah\u0131 yanmas\u0131yla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 h\u0131zlanan yeni Galata K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc 1 ayl\u0131k s\u00fcrede trafi\u011fe haz\u0131r hale geldi. Ancak k\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn tam anlam\u0131yla tamamlanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in 1 y\u0131ll\u0131k bir s\u00fcre ge\u00e7mesi gerekiyor. K\u00f6pr\u00fc trafi\u011fe a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar 1993 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n may\u0131s ay\u0131na kadar s\u00fcrecek. K\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn Emin\u00f6n\u00fc Meydan\u0131&#8217;ndaki altge\u00e7it ba\u011flant\u0131 yollar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015fa yeti\u015ftirilemedi\u011fi i\u00e7in bu b\u00f6l\u00fcmde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar devam edecek. K\u00f6pr\u00fc alt\u0131 d\u00fckk\u00e2nlar\u0131n ve yaya altge\u00e7itlerinin tamamlanmas\u0131, eski k\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn Emin\u00f6n\u00fc yakas\u0131ndaki ba\u011flant\u0131 yerinin doldurulmas\u0131 da 1993 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar s\u00fcrecek. Belediye ile Karayollar\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki anla\u015fmazl\u0131k nedeniyle projesi ge\u00e7en y\u0131l de\u011fi\u015ftirilen k\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn rayl\u0131 sistem i\u00e7in ayr\u0131lan b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc yeni projede iptal edildi. Ancak bug\u00fcn belediyenin iste\u011fi \u00fczerine rayl\u0131 sistemin yeniden k\u00f6pr\u00fcye konulmas\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Belediyenin projesine g\u00f6re Aksaray&#8217;dan Emin\u00f6n\u00fc&#8217;ne kadar gelen rayl\u0131 sistem, Galata K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc&#8217;nden ge\u00e7erek Kabata\u015f&#8217;a kadar devam edecek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Galata K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc i\u00e7in bug\u00fcne kadar 40 milyon dolar harcand\u0131. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalarda meydana gelen gecikmeler Karayollar\u0131 Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc&#8217;ne 12 milyon dolara mal oldu. Bu nedenle 47 milyon olan ke\u015fif bedeli 59 milyon dolara y\u00fckseldi. Karayollar\u0131 Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, elinde kalan 19 milyon dolan\u0131 bundan sonraki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda kullanacak. Karayollar\u0131 17. B\u00f6lge M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc denetiminde STFATHYSSEN Konsorsiyumu taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131m\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclen k\u00f6pr\u00fcde d\u00f6rt gidi\u015f, d\u00f6rt geli\u015f \u015feridi bulunuyor. Ortadaki iki \u015feridin, rayl\u0131 sisteme d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na kadar tercihli otob\u00fcs yolu olarak kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor.
