Bu ama\u00e7la Yenikap\u0131&#8217;da b\u00fcy\u00fck bir &#8220;deniz ula\u015f\u0131m kompleksi&#8221; kurulmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor. Geni\u015f bekleme salonlar\u0131, dinlenme ve e\u011flence \u00dcnitelerinin bulunaca\u011f\u0131 kompleksin proje a\u015famas\u0131na ge\u00e7ildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Modern deniz ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in kollar\u0131 s\u0131vayan Denizcilik \u0130\u015fletmeleri, \u0130stanbul&#8217;da y\u00fczde 9 gibi k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir paya sahip deniz ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 artt\u0131rmay\u0131 hedefliyor. Kentte 10 milyona yakla\u015fan n\u00fcfus, \u015eirket-i Hayriye&#8217;den bu yana de\u011fi\u015ftirilmeyen ula\u015f\u0131m hatlar\u0131ndan yeterince faydalanam\u0131yor. \u0130T\u00dc Gemi \u0130n\u015faat\u0131 ve Deniz Bilimleri Fak\u00fcltesi&#8217;nce haz\u0131rlanan bir raporda \u0130stanbul&#8217;da 1995 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar k\u00f6kl\u00fc de\u011fi\u015fimlerin yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131, 1995-2010 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda da de\u011fi\u015fecek \u0130stanbul ula\u015f\u0131m a\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne al\u0131narak deniz ula\u015f\u0131m pay\u0131n\u0131n artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi belirtiliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u015eehir Hatlar\u0131 \u0130\u015fletmesi&#8217;ne ait yolcu ve araba vapurlar\u0131 her hatta farkl\u0131 s\u0131kl\u0131kta ve mevsimlik zaman tarifelerine g\u00f6re i\u015fletiliyor. Vapurlarla yap\u0131lan yolculuklar\u0131n y\u00fczde 84&#8217;\u00fc Bo\u011faz&#8217;\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131dan kar\u015f\u0131ya ge\u00e7en hatlarda, geri kalan y\u00fczde 16&#8217;s\u0131 da Marmara, Hali\u00e7 ve \u0130zmit hatlar\u0131nda yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Yolculuklar\u0131n y\u00fczde 90&#8217;1 Emin\u00f6n\u00fc, Kad\u0131k\u00f6y, Karak\u00f6y, Be\u015fikta\u015f, \u00dcsk\u00fcdar ve Haydarpa\u015fa iskelelerinden ba\u015fl\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130stanbul B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi taraf\u0131ndan i\u015fletilen deniz otob\u00fcsleri, 12 hatta, y\u0131lda 19 bin 859 sefer yaparak 6 milyon 19 bin 859 yolcu ta\u015f\u0131yor. 10 deniz otob\u00fcs\u00fcyle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan \u0130stanbul Deniz Otob\u00fcsleri A.\u015e., Bostanc\u0131&#8217; dan Bak\u0131rk\u00f6y, Kabata\u015f, Karak\u00f6y, Yenikap\u0131, Yalova ve Kartal&#8217;a, Yalova&#8217;dan Kartal&#8217;a ve Kabata\u015f&#8217;a sefer yap\u0131yor. Ayr\u0131ca yaz aylar\u0131nda B\u00fcy\u00fckada-Kabata\u015f, Bostanc\u0131-Av\u015fa, Marmara Adas\u0131, Kabata\u015f-\u00c7\u0131narc\u0131k, Pendik B\u00fcy\u00fckada, Bak\u0131rk\u00f6y-B\u00fcy\u00fckada, Yenikap\u0131-Band\u0131rma kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 seferleri de yap\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y\u0131ll\u0131k ta\u015f\u0131ma ortalamas\u0131 deniz yolcu ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda y\u00fczde 5 gibi az bir orana sahip olan deniz otob\u00fcslerinin bu pay\u0131n\u0131n artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor. 1990 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar s\u00fcrekli zarar eden \u015firketin, k\u00e2r edememesine neden olarak deniz ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131na al\u0131\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda bir hizmet \u015fekli getirmesi g\u00f6steriliyor.
