Bu gece Z\u00fclf\u00fc Livaneli, Taksim Meydan\u0131&#8217;nda bir konser verecek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Taksim-4. Levent aras\u0131nda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclen metro in\u015faat\u0131na 14 \u015eubat 1992&#8217;de ba\u015flanacak. Metronun Ocak 1995 y\u0131l\u0131nda hizmete girmesi planlan\u0131yor. Belediyenin kendi imk\u00e2nlar\u0131yla yapma karar\u0131 ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 metronun Topkap\u0131 Taksim hatt\u0131ndan \u015fimdilik vazge\u00e7ildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi Genel Sekreteri Tu\u011frul Erkin, Topkap\u0131 Taksim aras\u0131ndaki hatt\u0131n yap\u0131m\u0131ndan tarihi yar\u0131mada i\u00e7inde kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in vazge\u00e7tiklerini s\u00f6yledi. Erkin, b\u00f6lgenin h\u0131zl\u0131 tramvay ve otob\u00fcs projeleriyle desteklendi\u011fini belirterek 4. Levent-Taksim projesinin de b\u00f6ylelikle 500 milyon dolara mal olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0130stanbul, yakla\u015f\u0131k bir as\u0131rd\u0131r d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fc kurdu\u011fu metroya art\u0131k her zamankinden daha yak\u0131n. Taksim-4. Levent aras\u0131nda yap\u0131m\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclen metro i\u00e7in &#8216;sondaj \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131&#8221; yar\u0131n d\u00fczenlenecek b\u00fcy\u00fck bir t\u00f6renle ba\u015flayacak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SHP Genel Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Erdal \u0130n\u00f6n\u00fc&#8217;n\u00fcn de kat\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 t\u00f6ren program\u0131 nedeniyle Taksim Gezi Park\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n Divan Oteli&#8217;ne bakan taraf\u0131na iki platform kurulacak. T\u00f6ren alan\u0131 \u00e7evresindeki panolara, \u00f6\u011frenciler hayallerindeki metronun resimlerini yapacak. \u00c7ok say\u0131da balon ve \u00e7\u0131kartma t\u00f6ren s\u0131ras\u0131nda \u00e7ocuklara da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lacak. Bu ak\u015fam da Z\u00fclf\u00fc Livaneli metronun sondaj \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015flamas\u0131 nedeniyle Taksim Meydan\u0131&#8217;nda bir konser d\u00fczenleyecek. \u00dccretsiz olarak izlenebilecek konser saat 19.00&#8217;da ba\u015flayacak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sovyetler Birli\u011fi&#8217;ne ihale edilmesine kar\u015f\u0131n Hazine ve D\u0131\u015f Ticaret M\u00fcste\u015farl\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n kefil olmamas\u0131 \u00fczerine kredisi bulunamayan metroyu \u0130stanbul B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi kendi imk\u00e2nlar\u0131yla yapma karar\u0131 ald\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Genel Sekreter Tu\u011frul Erkin ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda 16 kilometrelik eski metro g\u00fczerg\u00e2h\u0131n\u0131n, Taksim-4. Levent aras\u0131nda kalan 7 kilometrelik b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesine karar verildi. Belediye \u015fimdilik projenin Topkap\u0131 Taksim aras\u0131nda kalan ve tarihi yar\u0131madada \u00e7ok say\u0131da tarihi eserin zarar g\u00f6rmesine neden olacak b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc yapmaktan \u00e7ok zor bir etap oldu\u011funu, tarihi yar\u0131madadaki istimlakler ve Hali\u00e7 ge\u00e7i\u015finin beledi-yenin alt\u0131ndan kalkamayacak g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fckte oldu\u011funu belirterek \u015fimdilik bu b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmediklerini s\u00f6yledi. Erkin, &#8220;Tarihi yar\u0131madaya metro projesini yararl\u0131 g\u00f6rm\u00fcyoruz. O b\u00f6lge i\u00e7in zaten h\u0131zl\u0131 tramvay ve yeni otob\u00fcs projelerimiz var. Bu projeler ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011finde bu b\u00f6lgenin metroya ihtiyac\u0131 kalmayacak. Biz projenin en k\u00e2rl\u0131, en makul, en kolay k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131m\u0131na ba\u015flad\u0131k. Bu sayede 1.2 milyar dolarl\u0131k proje maliyeti 500 milyon dolara indi. \u00d6nemli olan ger\u00e7ek\u00e7i projelere ba\u015flayabilmektir. Bizim projemiz kendi g\u00fcc\u00fcm\u00fczle kald\u0131r\u0131p kotarabilece\u011fimiz bir projedir&#8221; dedi. Pazartesi g\u00fcn\u00fc yap\u0131lacak t\u00f6renden sonra ba\u015flayacak &#8220;\u00f6n t\u00fcnel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131&#8221;nda 4.5 metre \u00e7ap\u0131nda bir kuyu ile yerin 30 metre alt\u0131na inilerek metro hatt\u0131na ula\u015f\u0131lacak. Bu hatta ula\u015f\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra Taksim&#8217;e do\u011fru 180 metre uzunlu\u011funda bir t\u00fcnel a\u00e7\u0131lacak. Metro hatt\u0131ndaki jeolojik yap\u0131n\u0131n incelenmesi amac\u0131yla yap\u0131lacak kaz\u0131 1.5 milyar liraya mal olacak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Taksim-4. Levent metrosunun t\u00fcnel in\u015faat\u0131na iki ayr\u0131 \u015firketler grubu taraf\u0131ndan 14 \u015eubat 1992&#8217;de ba\u015flanacak ve 1994&#8217;te t\u00fcnel in\u015faat\u0131 tamamlanacak. Ocak 1995&#8217;te metro hizmete a\u00e7\u0131lacak. Birinci a\u015famada Taksim-\u015ei\u015fli aras\u0131, ikinci a\u015famada \u015ei\u015fli-4. Levent aras\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131m\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek. Bu iki a\u015famal\u0131 in\u015faat iki farkl\u0131 \u015firketler grubuna ihale edilecek. 200 milyon dolara mal olacak projenin neden iki farkl\u0131 \u015firkete verildi\u011fi yolundaki sorumuzu Tu\u011frul Erkin \u015f\u00f6yle yan\u0131tl\u0131yor:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Projenin \u00e7abuk ve garantili y\u00fcr\u00fcmesi amac\u0131yla bu hatt\u0131 iki farkl\u0131 \u015firketler grubuna verme yoluna gidiyoruz. Bu i\u015fi yapacak \u015firketler, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin en b\u00fcy\u00fck \u015firketleri. Bunlar d\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131nda ketlerdir ba\u015far\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 kan\u0131tlam\u0131\u015f \u015firketlerdir.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Metro t\u00fcnelinin a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131ndan sonra teknik ve mekanik i\u015flerin yap\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in bir ba\u015fka ihale daha a\u00e7\u0131lacak. Raylar\u0131n d\u00f6\u015fenmesi, havaland\u0131rma, \u0131\u015f\u0131kland\u0131rma gibi i\u015flemlerin yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 ikinci k\u0131s\u0131m in\u015faat\u0131 yabanc\u0131 bir \u015firkete ihale edilecek. Bu da yakla\u015f\u0131k 300 milyon dolara mal olacak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7 kilometrelik metro hatt\u0131n\u0131n Taksim, Osmanbey, \u015ei\u015fli, Mecidiyek\u00f6y, Levent, 4. Levent&#8217;te istasyonlar\u0131 olacak. \u0130stasyonlar aras\u0131nda 1-1.5 kilometre bulunacak. Her istasyonun boyu 180 metre olacak.
