Kredisi biten k\u00f6pr\u00fc i\u00e7in Karayollar\u0131 \u015fimdilerde yeni bir kredi ar\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>35 milyon dolar harcand\u0131. Gecikmelerin Karayollar\u0131 Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc&#8217;ne ek maliyeti 12 milyon dolar. Bu nedenle 47 milyon dolar olan ke\u015fif bedeli 59 milyon dolara y\u00fckseltildi. 1987&#8217;de temeli at\u0131lan k\u00f6pr\u00fc i\u00e7in bug\u00fcne dek 35 milyon dolar harcand\u0131. B\u00f6ylece \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yeniden h\u0131zlanan k\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131 30 a\u011fustosa ertelendi. Finansman\u0131 Alman kredi kurumu KFW taraf\u0131n-dan kar\u015f\u0131lanan projenin ihale yetkisi ve kontrol\u00f6rl\u00fck g\u00f6revi 8 May\u0131s 1986&#8217;da Bakanlar Kurulu karar\u0131yla \u0130stanbul Anakent Belediyesi&#8217;nin yetkisinden \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131l\u0131p Karayollar\u0131 Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc&#8217;ne verildi. Haz\u0131rlanan projeler 1\/5000 \u00f6l-\u00e7ekli planlarda &#8220;tadilat yeri&#8221; olarak ayr\u0131ld\u0131 ve An\u0131tlar Y\u00fcksek Kurulu&#8217;nun da onay\u0131 al\u0131narak 1987 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara ba\u015fland\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>26 Mart yerel se\u00e7imlerinden sonra i\u015fba\u015f\u0131na gelen \u0130stanbul Anakent Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Nurettin S\u00f6zen ile karayollar\u0131 yetkilileri aras\u0131nda proje i\u00e7in bir anla\u015fmazl\u0131k oldu. Belediye y\u00f6netimi projenin insan unsuru dikkate al\u0131nmadan yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, yaya hareketlerini g\u00f6z ard\u0131 etti\u011fini \u00f6ne s\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015f, karayollar\u0131 yetkilileri ise yap\u0131labilecek en iyi d\u00fczenlemenin yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtmi\u015fti. Bir s\u00fcre \u00f6nce karayollar\u0131 ve belediye ortak bir proje \u00fczerinde anla\u015farak aradaki so\u011fukluk giderildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck bask\u00fcl k\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc olacak Yeni Galata K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc ve \u00e7evre d\u00fczenleme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 i\u00e7in bug\u00fcne kadar yakla\u015f\u0131k 35 milyon dolar harcand\u0131. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n \u015fu anda yeni bir krediye daha ihtiyac\u0131 oldu\u011fu belirtiliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Karayollar\u0131 17. B\u00f6lge M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc denetiminde STFA-THYSSEN Konsorsiyumu taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131m\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclen Yeni Galata K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc&#8217;nde \u00fc\u00e7 gidi\u015f, \u00fc\u00e7 geli\u015f olmak \u00fczere 6 \u015ferit bulunacak. K\u00f6pr\u00fc tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda alt\u0131nda 6 bin metre karelik bir al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f alan\u0131 bulunacak. 80 metre boyunda, 2 metre \u00e7ap\u0131nda 114 kaz\u0131k \u00fczerinde oturan k\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn her biri 500 ton a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda olan 4 \u00e7elik kanad\u0131 da ge\u00e7en ay monte edilerek Hali\u00e7&#8217;in iki yakas\u0131 birbirine ba\u011fland\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eski Galata K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc&#8217;nden nas\u0131l yararlan\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcl\u00fcrken yenisinin a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131 da bir t\u00fcrl\u00fc ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmiyor.
