Anakent Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Nurettin S\u00f6zen, do\u011fa ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131n yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 kurakl\u0131\u011fa teslim olmamakta kararl\u0131 olduklar\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, planlanan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla \u0130stanbul\u2019un su s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcme kavu\u015fturacaklar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. Yap\u0131lacak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n tinin y\u00fcksekli\u011fine i\u015faret eden S\u00f6zen, &#8220;B\u00fct\u00fcn imk\u00e2nlar\u0131m\u0131n kullanarak \u0130stanbul&#8217;daki susuzlu\u011fu yenece\u011fiz, \u0130klim ve do\u011fa ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131n d\u00f6nemsel de\u011fi\u015fiklikleri sonucu ortaya \u00e7 kan kurakl\u0131k ve bug\u00fcne kadar yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken ba\u011flant\u0131 sisteminin olmay\u0131\u015f\u0131 bu s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131n\u0131n temel belirleyicileri olmu\u015ftur. Yapaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ve alaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u00f6nlemlerle do\u011fa ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131n yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 kurakl\u0131\u011fa teslim olmayaca\u011f\u0131z&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S\u00f6zen, d\u00fcn belediyede yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bas\u0131n toplant\u0131s\u0131nda al\u0131nacak \u00f6nlemleri \u00fc\u00e7 grupta toplad\u0131. K\u0131sa, orta ve uzun vadede al\u0131nacak \u00f6nlemler \u015funlar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">K\u0131sa vadeli \u00f6nlemler<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yalova&#8217;dan g\u00fcnde 30 bin metrek\u00fcp su ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131: G\u00f6k\u00e7edere Baraj\u0131&#8217;ndan Yalova&#8217;ya gelen ve burada kullan\u0131lmayan 30 bin metrek\u00fcp\/g\u00fcn su deniz tankerleriyle Kuru\u00e7e\u015fme&#8217;ye ta\u015f\u0131nacak. Burada bir tanker \u00fcst\u00fcnde kurulacak pompa istasyonuyla Kuru\u00e7e\u015fme, Be\u015fikta\u015f, Kire\u00e7burnu, Sar\u0131yer ve \u00e7evresinin su gereksiniminin bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc kar\u015f\u0131lanacak. Suyun getirilmesi i\u015flemi i\u00e7in 10 bin ton kapasiteli 4 tankerden 3&#8217;0, 8 saat arayla 10 bin ton suyu Yalova&#8217;da yap\u0131lmakta olan y\u00fckleme istasyonundan al\u0131p Kuru\u00e7e\u015fme&#8217;ye getirecek, 4. tanker de Kuru\u00e7e\u015fme liman\u0131na ba\u011flanacak ve \u00fcst\u00fcne monte edilecek olan 160 metre basma kapasiteli pompayla su Be\u015fikta\u015f, Sar\u0131yer b\u00f6lgesine aktar\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yapay ya\u011f\u0131\u015f (Yagmur bombasa): ISKI ve \u0130T\u00dc \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyeleri aras\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar sonucu bu konuda ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 bir rapor haz\u0131rland\u0131. S\u00f6z konusu raporda, Marmara B\u00f6lgesi&#8217;nin \u00f6zellikle bat\u0131 kesimlerinin uyar\u0131lmaya elveri\u015fli bulut olu\u015fumu a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan uygun bir b\u00f6lge oldu\u011fu belirtilerek, C\u00fcm\u00fcl\u00fcform bulutlara karbondioksit gaz\u0131 p\u00fcsk\u00fcrt\u00fclmesi ya da g\u00fcm\u00fc\u015fiyod\u00fcr enjekte edilerek tohumlanmas\u0131yla bu b\u00f6lgede 1000-5000 kilometrelik bir alanda y\u0131ll\u0131k ya\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131n y\u00fczde 10-50&#8217;si civar\u0131nda yapay ya\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131n m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olabilece\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131. Yapay ya\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131n elde edilmesi i\u00e7in gerekli donan\u0131m\u0131n maliyeti 300 milyon lira, her metrek\u00fcp ya\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131n maliyeti ise 83 lira olarak tespit edildi. A\u011fustos, eylul ay\u0131nda bu y\u00f6ntemle su sa\u011flanacak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hali\u00e7 ge\u00e7i\u015fi projesi: DSI taraf\u0131ndan yapt\u0131r\u0131lan Salacak Sarayburnu Bo\u011faz ge\u00e7i\u015fi, \u00d6merli Baraj\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n suyunu G\u00fcney Hali\u00e7 b\u00f6lgesine ak tar\u0131yordu. Bu hattan yararlanarak turizm ve i\u015f merkezlerinin yo\u011fun oldu\u011fu Beyo\u011flu yakas\u0131na su vermek \u00fczere 60 bin metrek\u00fcp\/g\u00fcn kapasiteli Hali\u00e7 Ge\u00e7i\u015f Projesi haz\u0131rlanarak in\u015faata ba\u015fland\u0131.- May\u0131s sonunda su verme i\u015flemine ba\u015flanacak sistemin toplam maliyeti yakla\u015f\u0131k 4,7 milyar lira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kemerburgaz-Alibey derivasyon tesisleri ve \u00e7evirme yap\u0131s\u0131: DSI ve \u0130SK\u0130\u2019nin i\u015f birli\u011fi ile Kemerburgaz deresi \u00fczerinde in\u015fa edilecek olan ve y\u0131ll\u0131k 4 milyon metrek\u00fcp kapasiteli \u00e7evirme yap\u0131s\u0131yla Alibey Baraj\u0131 beslenecek. Buradan Beyo\u011flu yakas\u0131na g\u00fcnde 10 bin metrek\u00fcp su verilecek. Yakla\u015f\u0131k 800 milyon liraya mal olacak sistem 1990 y\u0131l\u0131 sonuna kadar i\u015fletmeye a\u00e7\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deniz suyundan yararlan\u0131lmas\u0131: Bo\u011fazi\u00e7i ve \u0130stanbul \u00dcniversitesi&#8217;yle ISKI yetkililerinden olu\u015fan bir heyet taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalardan olumlu sonu\u00e7 al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 takdirde denizlere yak\u0131n olan barajla denizden y\u0131lda 6-8 milyon metrek\u00fcp su aktar\u0131labilecek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Buharla\u015fma sonucu olu\u015facak su kayb\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesi: May\u0131s ay\u0131nda uygulamaya konulacak projeye g\u00f6re, barajlardaki suyun \u00fczerine Heksadekanol adl\u0131 kimyasal madde en \u00e7ok 2-3 mikron kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda p\u00fcsk\u00fcrt\u00fclecek. Bu yolla, buharla\u015fma yoluyla kaybolan yakla\u015f\u0131k 15 milyon metrek\u00fcp su kazan\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0130\u00e7me suyu \u015febekelerinin yenilenmesi: Kente verilen suyun yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 32&#8217;ye varan bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc topra\u011fa kar\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. Yeni \u015febeke borusu d\u00f6\u015feme program\u0131yla bir yandan mevcut boru sistemi yenilenecek, \u00f6te yandan g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze kadar hi\u00e7 su ala- mayan \u00e7evre b\u00f6lgelere su g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fclmesi ama\u00e7lan\u0131yor. 1990 nisan sonu- 2200 km. \u015febeke in\u015faat\u0131 da ihale kadar 870 km. boru d\u00f6\u015fendi, edildi. Projenin maliyeti 480 milyar lira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Orta vadeli \u00f6nlemler<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sazl\u0131dere Baraj\u0131: K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck\u00e7ekme- ce G\u00f6l\u00fc&#8217;n\u00fcn kuzeyinde 1993 y\u0131l\u0131n- da i\u015fletmeye girmesi planlanan 56 milyon metrek\u00fcp kapasiteli baraj 150 milyar liraya mal olacak. Terkos ve B\u00fcy\u00fck\u00e7ekmece&#8217;yi besleyecek<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">B\u00fcy\u00fck\u00e7ekmece-\u0130kitelli-M\u00fcnzevi isale hatt\u0131: May\u0131s ay\u0131 i\u00e7inde ihalesi yap\u0131lacak bu hat toplam 68 milyar liraya mal olacak. Bu hat ile B\u00fcy\u00fck\u00e7ekmece&#8217;den Terkos G\u00f6l\u00fc&#8217;n\u00fcn besledi\u011fi b\u00f6lgelere su ta\u015f\u0131nacak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Terkos-K\u00e2\u011f\u0131thane 3. isale hat: Terkos G\u00f6l\u00fc&#8217;nden Ka\u011f\u0131thane&#8217;ye su ta\u015f\u0131makta olan galeri ile eski isale hatt\u0131 y\u00fcz\u00fcnden \u00f6nemli boyutta su kayb\u0131na neden olan Alibey Aktarma Kanal\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n yerine sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 su ileuzunlu\u011fundaki bu hat yakla\u015f\u0131k 150 timini sa\u011flayacak 83 kilometre milyar liraya mal olacak. S\u00f6zkonusu isale hatt\u0131 may\u0131s ay\u0131 i\u00e7inde ihaleye \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avrupa yakas\u0131 depo-pompa ve isale batlan: Terkos ve Alibeyk\u00f6y Baraj\u0131 suyunun yeterli da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 Hali\u00e7&#8217;in kuzeyindeki sahada, toplam 20 milyar liraya mal olacak 4 pompa istasyonu, 3 depo ve bunlar\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayacak 14.3 km. uzunlu\u011fundaki isale hatt\u0131 may\u0131s ay\u0131 ortalar\u0131nda ihale edilecek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ist\u0131ranca derelerinin Terkos&#8217;a aktar\u0131lmas\u0131: Terkos&#8217;un azalan suyunu takviye etmek amac\u0131yla Ist\u0131ranca dereleri \u00fczerinde seri \u00e7evirme yap\u0131lar\u0131 in\u015fa edilecek, daha sonra yama\u00e7 kanallar\u0131yla belirli noktalara iletilecek su buradan Terkos&#8217;a aktar\u0131lacak. 1990 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar tamamlanmas\u0131 planlanan sistemin maliyeti yakla\u015f\u0131k 50 milyar olup, 25-30 milyon metrek\u00fcp su elde edilmesi planlan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Uzun vadeli \u00f6nlemler<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kirazl\u0131dere Baraje: \u0130zmit\u2019in g\u00fcneyinde yer alacak ve \u0130stanbul\u2019a y\u0131ll\u0131k 100 milyon metrek\u00fcp su verme kapasitesine sahip bu baraj\u0131n 1995&#8217;te hizmete a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor. Bu barajdan temin edilen su \u0130zmit\u2019te ar\u0131tmaya tabi tutulacak, \u0130stanbul\u2019a kadar d\u00f6\u015fenecek boru hatt\u0131 ile Pendik&#8217;te in\u015fa edilecek depolarda tutulacak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alacal\u0131 Baraj\u0131: 1995&#8217;te i\u015fletmeye girmesi planlanan barajdan y\u0131lda elde edilecek 20 milyon metrek\u00fcp su d\u00f6\u015fenecek isale hatt\u0131yla \u00d6merli Rezervuar\u0131&#8217;na buradan da kente aktar\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kabakoz Baraj\u0131: Y\u0131ll\u0131k verimi 35 milyon metrek\u00fcp olan baraj, 1995&#8217;te i\u015fletmeye al\u0131nmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ye\u015fil\u00e7ay Reg\u00fclat\u00f6r\u00fc ve Baraj\u0131: Y\u0131ll\u0131k su verimi 85 milyon metrek\u00fcp olan Ye\u015fil\u00e7ay reg\u00fclat\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn 1995-2000 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda hizmete girmesi planlan\u0131yor. 2000-2005 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda i\u015fletmeye a\u00e7\u0131lacak Ye\u015fil\u00e7ay Baraj\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n kullan\u0131labilir rezervi 330 milyon metrek\u00fcp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">B\u00fcy\u00fckmelen Reg\u00fclat\u00f6r\u00fc ve Baraj: Su verimi 248 milyon metrek\u00fcp olan B\u00fcy\u00fckmelen Baraj\u0131 2005-2010 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda devreye girecek.
